Return, Refund & Exchange

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DigiMall. If you're not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 4 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund, as per your preference. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase or directly in bank account in case of COD order.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or intimate products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, any items marked as final sale or non-returnable will not be eligible for return.
