Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 4 days of delivery only in case of:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong product delivered

• Missing items in the package

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

• Proper unboxing video and images are required as proof

• Return request must be raised within 4 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Color or finish variations

• Print/design differences

• Minor quality variations as per Indian market standards

• Change of mind after delivery

• Advertisement or promotional offer differences

• Products purchased during limited-time offers or sale campaigns

Please note:

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed:

• To the original payment method for prepaid orders

• To the customer’s bank account for COD orders

Refund processing time:

• 3–7 working days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted only in case of:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Size issue (only if applicable to the product)

Exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.

Products must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• With all accessories and tags intact

Replacement product dispatch will be initiated after successful inspection of the returned item.
